Default idler/ tensioner pulley

does anyone have a picture or diagram of how to replace the pulley? I just dont want to waste my time taking off parts that are not necessary. I have a 97 gt. also are there any other things that i should replace since I will be doing this? got a quote from my mechanic for $100.00 to replace, i think that's ridiculous.

Which one? The idler pulley is held on by one bolt and the tensioner pulley is held on by the control arm. Take off the arm it has 3 bolts and the pulley is attached to the back of it.
