I plan on ordering a cobra bumper from a company on ebay pre-painted. I would like to know what else would be requred (plastic trim peices, Ect). I would order the light housings themself from american muscle. Also what would I have to do to make the lights functional since its a different bulb, is there more involved than just changing the socket that the light plugs into.

depends on which cobra bumper. the 03/04 has plastic inserts where the fogs go, the 99/01 doesnt.

Probably easier finding a used bumper somewhere that's already all put together. That's what I did.

my 99/01 bumper has plastic bezels around the foglights.

I plan on doing the 03-04 but it would be hard to track one down in my color in the condition that a new one would be in.

Be careful about buying off brand cheap body work, a lot of times it won't always fit so perfectly.
