Default 3.90 Gear Install!!

I have had a set of 3.90 gears laying around for quite some time. Finally found the perfect opportunity to get them professionally installed for FREE! Install will be next week.

I will keep this updated after the install with the results!

Would you mind letting me know where you got it installed for free? Lol I've had a set of 3.73s under my bed for 1 1/2 years bc of the $400 install fee. Def let us know how you like them

They want $500 around here, I said no I would provide the gears they said that's labor, I walk out thinking damn no respect for the American dollar, I'll pass on the gears.

I'm in Austin, TX. I understand that mechanics have to make money too, I just find it hard to believe its $400-500 labor. I've just been trying to save up but everytime I get close something else breaks on my car.

Personally I wouldn't bother with 3.55's as they're barely a step up from the 3.27's we all started with. If you got the gearset free and were gonna do the install yourself, then maybe, but I wouldn't pay good money for it.

I am getting gears installed tomorrow. I am getting them installed free because a friend of mine is a mechanic that owes me for building him a website.
