Question car feels like it stumbles

I have a 2001 gt with flowmasters and a generic cold air filter similiar to a bbk in fender, 70 mm throttle body. I do not know if it has a tune or not. I have replaced the fuel filter, the spark plugs (E3's don't know if worth the extra money), and all fluids. I use sea foam in the fuel accasionally to clean the injectors. My issue is when driving if you let of the throttle the car stumbles, especialy if you just got done accelerating. it idle very nicely. It also feels sluggish when you are accelorating. If you put regular gas in it it feels worse, so I fill with premium fuel. How can you tell if you have a tune or not, I have a code reader, it doesn't show any codes. I would appreciate any ideas as to what is causeing this.

Is the filter clean? Have u checked the air flow sensor? Those issues could have a wide range of causes. Check compression? Seems like somethin is sticking or an air flow problem.

Can a dirty air flow sensor cause the intake to make any type of noise.
