your factory pi manifold will be good enough for the stock engine because of the rpms its turning. you wont see much hp gain from afterarket manifolds on a fctory engine and the money is best spent eslse where like supercharger or cams or nitrous. but if your dead set on a intake, check out the edelbrock

I'd say stock since they flow up to 6500rpm without any issues. Swap your plenum and throttle body if you want better throttle response and better flow

agree with everyone. Unless you're making some serious Hp, your stock intake manifold will do just fine. Spend the money elsewhere. Also it would help if you would post your mod list...

question about the edlebrok, I thought you could run it fuel injected, with stock rails and stock plenum?

I'm almost positive the victor efi you need after market fuel rails on it. And I think you need the edelbrock plenum. Not sure though someone will correct me if im wrong. But if your stock and will be for awhile it's money that can be put elsewhere. Like gears :-)

all you need is the aftermarket rails, (around a $100) and a adapter plate ($20-40) for your plenium or use the 6061 plenium

With the 6061 you don't need the adapter plate if i remember correctly. That's why im getting it. Everyone says that my trickflow tb/plenum is choking my edelbrock.

And yes you will need new fuel rails but if you're gonna be makin some power later on...might as well do it.

Ok well here is what i have done to my car, new clutch, short throw, 410 gears, cobra IRS, racing diff, rear and front strut bars, cold air intake, magaflows, headers, custom x pipe, and a HPP tune. And some other stuff. I am planning on doing Cams but not sure how big.
