what has to be done to use an 03/04 cobra fuel hat?

what has to be done to use an 03/04 cobra fuel hat besides making the tank baffles or getting a cobra tank?

you have to brake out the baffles and the bracket thats on the bottom of the tank I ran that way for 2 years just dont go under a quarter of a tank or car will fall on its face when you go around a turn
