Default Wierd noise.

Im not exactly sure how to explain this. theres a noise that comes from the engine bay when giving it gas. it kinda sounds like a horn type of noise maybe the IAC? but i have changed the IAC not to long ago. so im not really sure what it is. also it sticks once i change gears. I have a 2000 gt stick with about 111k on it.

Whats sticks? The RPMs?

A bad IAC valve can def. make a hoot/horn sound. Also, aftermarket IACs can also go bad sooner than you think they should.
