Default Washer fluid pump

Before I go digging around in my car, I have a quick question.

Where is the pump/motor for the washer fluid on a 1999 mustang? When I press the button to squirt fluid, it only kinda dribbles out, instead of full on spraying out.

In the driver side fender well, toward the front--you have to remove the wheel and inner fender splash guard...

Pop the hood + cowl and check the nozzles. Pop the feed line off and make sure its pumping out good. Could just be a broken rubber hose or clogged up nozzle causing the crappy flow
