Default chatter/ticking/ feeling when turning above 40 mph

Lately I noticed when turning to the right above 40 mph i feel like a ticking/clicking feeling in the floorboard near my feet but you cant hear it, you can feel it in the wheel too, i also have a bit of play in my steering wheel now, any ideas?

Tierod, wheel bearing, rack bushings, rag joint. Alot of time when you have long tubes they run real close to the factory rubber rag join on the stock steering shaft which causing it to prematurly fail. Those would be the things I would check, see if theres play in either of the front wheels. PS: if its the shaft, might want to look into a flaming river, or MM shaft which elimates the rag joint issues.

ok forgot to mention, when i first installed my pypes they rubbed, i grinded down the shaft to stop it from rubbing, which bothered me a ****load, i bought a shaft from mps 2 weeks ago which was in great condition rag joint was perfect, and was able to shim the motor and use offset rack bushing to get the shaft from not hitting, so thats out, so im thinking maybe wheel bearings for the ticking feeling but only when turning? and would this cause play? how can i check if these are making this tick?

If a wheel bearing is bad enough, when u jack the car up you can wiggle the wheel almost like its loose. Jack it up and spin the wheel and see if it makes the click too. It could be the streering shaft again aswell as it might not take long for a head to fry a good rag join on a used shaft, sounds like yours is real close.
