My cars fuel pump had a problem sending fuel pressure, it was only sending 25 psi at high rev rather then 65 psi like it should. No telling how long it had been this way and kept getting worse and worse.. My airlfilter was so dirty it was solid black and clogged up. And last my spark plugs were so old they were wore slap out. I know I should have been checked these things but they went under the radar. Stupid me. Also a fresh oil change. I just replaced EVERYTHING ALL AT ONE TIME! New air filter, new plugs, new fuel pump with 65-70 psi at high rev, and fresh oil change. I swear it seems like my car picked up some horsepower!!! anyone think it's just in my head? or did it really pick up some? and if so what would be ur guess that it picked up?

It didn't 'pick up' any power. Now it's running closer to it's potential.

This, its runnin properly. only thing you gained was HP robbed from dirty filters and bad parts

When I say gained extra power i mean extra power from wut ive been used to feeling for probably the last 6 months.

I've only had this car for a year, I bought it exactly like it was. Didn't do any of the mods. So thats why im feeling like I feel the full power now and it feels faster then what im used to.

5 rwhp peek? You could see an overall improvement of if you were to look at ur hp/tq curves before and a dyno. You didnt pick up 15 rwhp though

5 hp? maybe so.. but it sure feels like more then just 5... I mean i can see 5 if it were just plugs and filter.. but not often do poeple have a messed up fuel pump only sending 25 psi at high rev. thats gotta count for something. Maybe it's just me.. but my **** was all ova the road!!! lol time for some nitto 555r's

That sounds more legit.. I mean if I had to guess, which im not an expert it feels like 15-25 HP.. im just wondering is that reasonable.. Like I said I bought the car a year ago with everything already done to it.. So it was probably all going bad when I had bought it. My dumb self never bothered to check any of it. I KNOW NOW!! lol
