WOW, I work at a Chevy dealership and we only get 9hrs labor to do a damn engine swap on those things lol. Nothing is hard on that car.

maybe he bought the car new. lols. or maybe that includes the money he lost in "street races".

lol the general public wouldnt know the difference between a **** *** honda(or in this case chevy) riceboy who "street races" vs. a decent 600 rwhp track beast that someone daily drives. i can guarantee that in the end, stupid legislature is gunna hurt the car enthusiasts. hopefully it wont get as bad as gun laws in certain states (*cough* CA / NJ *cough*)...
