Ended up getting a Dayco belt from autozone for 33 dollars.. it was 108" long and 6 ribs.. I bought a 106.5" at first and it just wouldn't quite fit.. the 108 though went on pretty easy.. seems to be pretty tight and hasnt made any crazy noises yet or anything. I drove it a few miles, but didn't get down on it at all.. Guess i'll give it some pedal to the medal tomorrow to see if it's gonna be ok.. any suggestions on wut to look or listen for when i hit it tomorrow, to know if it's not right?? (ex. squeeking, loss of power, any type of noises, etc.) ?????

well I took the car for a power ride this morning.. and bad news.. the sorry azz belt slipped.. couldn't get over 5 lbs .of boost. ahahaha.. it's ok though.. autozone said they will take it back (got connects there).. and I called Paxton. talked to a tech. he said 108" was to big.. that the kit calls for a 107.3" but anything very close to that will work. but 108 was just to big.. So Napa will have a Gates 107 1/8 inch belt for me tomorrow. Should work out. Thanks

Just put my Gates 107 1/8 inch Belt on.. Man im smiling!!! I bought my car with the supercharger already on it.. ive had the car about 2 years.. I checked with the guy who i bought the car from (which he bought it brand new).. and he said that was the same belt thats been on the car since 2001 with the Paxton kit.. never been changed.. I had never seen my boost gauge go over 10... until just now.. now it goes around 12-13 lbs. of boost.. I can feel a nice lil difference on top end too.. Im tickled to deaf.. lol
