Default Installed wideband. A/f ratio questions

Just got done installing my innovate lc1 and DB gauge. What a nice setup it is and thanks to cliffys diagram in another post on how to wire it it went smoothly first run. I ran the o2 wire thru the rubber shifter boot and put the lc1 controller under the console rather than outside the car. At wot the ratio is 11.5-12 and idle and cruising is 13.7-14.4. Is this a good range? I am running a street tune from bama now. Seems a bit rich for a N/A car I thought. Should I advance the global spark 4* like the xcal allows me?
