SVT LiveWire and SCT 4-Bank Eliminator Chip HELP
Hey, how you doin? Alright, so I bought my stang a few weeks ago, already obsessed with it. Expected. It came with flows, cai, 4.10s, and an SCT livewire tuner with the sct 4-bank eliminator chip. Just got new tires and I have an o/r h pipe in the mail. I kind of have the livewire figured out, how it works and such, but I don't know how the chip works, if I need to send it in for it to be "burned" with tunes and such for it to work. Thanks a lot guys, have a great week.

Check out the Tuner Comparisons and features here > http://www.americanmuscle.com/tuner-differences.html
Since the chip is "Married" to your car, I don't think you will have to pay anything to "buy in" to the Bama tunes for life as one would if they bought your tuner and installed it in a different car.
EDIT/Correction:
Looks Like you may actually have to "buy in" to the Bama tunes for life support after all since the Tuner is registered to someone else. Are you sure you have both the Live Wire Tuner AND the 4 Bank Eliminator Chip? Most folks get one or the other since the $600.00 Livewire tuner can program the Factory chip. The $270.00 eliminator chip enables you to quickly switch loaded tunes with the flip of a switch (Handy at the Track), whereas switching tunes using the handheld tuners can take a few minutes. The guy you bought the 'Stang from must have had a big budget for upgrades to have bought the tuner AND the chip.

You can contact SCT at 407-774-2447 and ask them for details on getting support for your tuner/chip.
I am So JELLY. I don't have a tuner. You should just sell the whole shebang to me and avoid the headache of calling to get the unit(s) transferred to your name.
