Default Ideas on rough running PI 2v in my 02 GT...

Ok , I just purchased back my old 02 gt that I sold about a year and a half ago. I got a great price on it because it has a CEL and is running like *ss..
It is a graduation present for my 18 year old son.
Using the Diablosport "diagnostics" setting I am getting the following...
Oh the CEL is flashing
P1000 OBD system readiness test not complete
P0316 Misfire detected at startup (first 1000 revolutions)
P303 Cylinder 3 misfire
P304 Cylinder 4 misfire

New plugs were just installed with no improvement..

Hoping for something on the simpler side such as COP's or injectors...
The guy I bought it from (and sold it to) says a buddy of his ran a compression check on it and one of the cylinders (he cant remember which one...I'm guessing either 3 or 4) had low compression compared to the others.

Ideas? Tests I can run? I'm gonna get the compression checked again by a friend of mine..

Switch the 2 COP's to say cyl's 1 and 2. Clear the codes. When the codes come back, see if it is for the same cyl's or for 1 and 2. That will tell you if the COP's are bad.

I would start there, and then do a compression check if your problem is still happening.

Ok I just swapped 3 and 4 cops to 5 and 6...guess i will have to drive it around to get the light to come on...scan it again so I can see if the misfires move to 5 and 6.

Damn been driving this thing around since swapping the coils around and waiting for the cel to come back on so i can rescan it and see if the misfires followed the coils.How many miles do I have to put on it before it comes back on??

Update..drove it until the cel came back on..rescanned..same codes 3 and 4 misfire..so coils are good..swapped 3 and 4 injectors to good cylinders..cleared codes..drove until it came on again..same codes 3 and 4..injectors good..the guy was trying to check my compression but his gauge and hose kit didnt have long enough threads to start in the spark plug holes..so still havent got compression checked..buy its looking like its valve related...ugh!
Also, threw a "P1138 Lack of HO2S12 switch fuel trim at limit"
