These are the stock dimension for my '03 GT, I believe the 2000 is the same:
  • crank pulley: 6.500"
  • water pump: 5.125"
  • generator: 2.125"

The Steeda UDPs have these diameters:
  • crank pulley: 4.875"
  • water pump: 6.313"
  • generator: 2.350"

Here are some calculated ratios, and pulley speeds at various RPMs:

thanks. i could've swore i measured 4 & 1/4" diameter on what is on there. i'll have to check the alt & pump pulleys next.

It's not the stock crank pulley if it's that small--also not all UDP sets use the same dimensions, those that I listed are for the Steeda set.

Got any photos?

The dimensions I listed are the approximate pitch diameters, not outside diameters--which are likely greater.

pics of alt (2 3/4") & water pump (6 1/2") are in my gallery. couldn't upload to the thread. kept rcv'g error message, resized them too. 'splain some more about the "pitch" measurement.

Pitch is the diameter of the circle the center-line of the belt travels through--for poly-V sheaves is is very nearly the diameter of the top of the grooves.
