i mean huge shot of NO2, which it looks like you dont so i dont think its spark related...at high rpms you may not hear a belt slip itll just like loose its a$$ but it still should climb...and if your having fuel issues it doesnt necessarily mean your motor would be gone you could be lucky....umm i would call your dyno guy dude honestly its not worth risking your motor over..it shouldnt be a retune just like a diagnostic and he can tell you where to go from there
