Default Mach 460 amps :( I know, horrible topic but please help

Well, for of you that answered my previous questions, I finally got my car WOOO. Now, I have 2 big problems . First off the car misfires only under HEAVY acceleration in higher gears....anything above 1st..... Second problem, I put in a Kenwood head unit with the metra harness with the right plugs that my car had on it. It used the square amp plug so I know they get a signal from that. But the volume to the speakers is REALLY low. In fact the only one really able to be heard is RH door speaker....and it has a broken cone. I WILL NOT get aftermarket, I'm cheap and I like the Mach 460....operational ones at least. Does it seem like it could be a fuse or power problem, or are the amps more than likely crispy toasty "friedness"? Any of your thoughts on both of these matters would be appreciated, the car has the T-45 (stock, correct me if im wrong) trans.
