Shieat this is annoying...

I don't remember when i started to hear a chipring noise coming from the rear of my 03 GT, but my e-brake light now stays on and the noise is now getting louder. The noise occurs whenever i drive over any road imperfection.
Car makes the same noise if i shake it left to right, but not up and down.
I jacked up the rear and started hiting suspenshion parts with a soft blow hammer. found nothing, right when i gave up trying i punched my dirverside rear tire and the noise was found.

How do I go about fixing this issue? Dose anyone elses Rear calipers sqeak?

How low is your brake fluid? Low fluid will turn on the parking brake light. You may just need to replace the rear pads.

fluid is fine and the rear pads are at about 50%. I had it looked at and a shopand they could not even find the sqeak. if i must i'll take it in to the dealer thursday. im at the point where i wont care if i drop sevral hundreds of dollars to be rid of the issue. i would like to upgrade to cobra rear parts, but i herd its way harder than a front upgrade.

I also have this random ANNOYING chirpy noise from the rear of my o3 gt too. I have almost new rear pads and rotors plenty of fluid but no brake light issue whatsoever. However that sounds like my problem too. At the same time im thinking of replacing my suspension front and rear someone tol dme it coulmd be an isolator but i kinda doubt it. I dunno man lemme know what your hundred of dollars yeild so i can take advantage

The brake light is more than likley comin form the ebrake sensor, it often rattles loose and trips the lights, heres a picture of it.

I have one as well. but i mainly only hear it when coming to a stop as the suspension settles. Maybe a dry bushing, or shock seal?
