Demonhead

I feel like my brakes are holding down on my rotors more than they should, I notice this more when I'm coming to a stop slowly in neutral without holding the brakes. I'm assuming its my brakes because it seems like there is too much friction going on between my brakes and rotors and burning up the rotors. It's a brown/bronze color now. This is all four brakes. I did have to step on my brakes hard to avoid a t-bone so maybe this is what caused the brown rotors. Does anyone have any idea why my brakes seem to stick?
