first off i dont believe in coolant flushes seen many radiators go bad after that...also try putting you old stuff back in see if that helps...also could be your tps or IAC

odd, only thing i can think of because of the over heating issue would be a leak in your intake manifold, the coolant can run down into your spark plug wells and cause your car to miss... other then that im clueless... the rubber boots when you pulled out your plugs where they wet?? never heard of AC blowing warm when idle unless your compressor is going out, but that doesnt add up to the missing issue....
