Default Paxton Novi 1200SL.....on a 2valve?

Its a fairly inexpensive complete kit, with everything including fuel and tune upgrades, for about 3500...and it can do like 6psi out of the box.

Is it comparable at all to the Novi 2000? Ive run one of them before, on a 2002 GT.

What kind of charger? Novi 2000 are mainly good with high boost not 6lbs if thats in fact what SC kit your talking about.

Novi2000 is good for 30psi pounds of boost, way bigger blower than the 1000 or 1200

Did the 1200 replace the 1000 or something? The 1000 & 2000 were the only ones i remember for the 2 valve.

Regardless, the 1200 should be a better performer on a stock bottom end 2 valve like yours Tommy. After that the bigger 2000 will be all over it.

Thats what I was figuring, the 2000 is a beast. The 1200 is self contained, self lubing.

The 2000 I drove was on a stock bottom end GT and was set on 8psi boost, it came on fast and strong and it dynoed right around 430, with CAI, big inlet tubes, big mafs, big intake and free flowing exhaust, also had a larger TB and plenum.

That 1200 should come on a bit quicker and stronger than the 2000 at 8 psi on your setup.

I guess if you really wailed on it..but I mean like I said, stock bottom and heads on the 02 GT with 8psi, it was over 100K miles....and I know a guy that sprays 150 shot on a stock bottom 01 GT...and I dont mean like every now and then, he sprays the crap out of it.
