is it lowered

I just bought the wifey an 03 GT red convertible the tires are rubbing and it looks low. What is the normal ground clearance for a stock GT? can you help?

The normal and ugly as hell ride height is probably about 3 or 4 inches from top of tire to the middle of the arch in the fender for the wheel

if the tires are rubbing and it looks low it probably is lowered, like bramas said stock they arent low at all
