Ok Currently I got a K&N FIPK and a Bassani X-pipe in my manual 99 GT. I've been looking around and I've narrowed my next mod/mods down to a few, so the big question is which comes next! I'm looking into:
New Gears 3.73/4.10 still wracking my brain on that one
Aluminum Flywheel (if anyone knows the weight on the stock one I'd appreciate that)
Magnaflow Cat-Back (magnapack or reg)
Underdrive Pulleys (what's the difference between MAC "Piggyback" and Steeda?)
Lowering Springs (Steeda or Eibach)
I'm also planning on getting a dyno tune within the next couple of weeks so I can get an idea for where I'm standing on hp/tq
WHICH COMES FIRST?! Any input from this list would be greatly appreciated. A numbered order of you opinion would rock too! Thanks

RE: Next Mod
yea, gears are always a number 1. 410's or 373's is a huge topic, i personally am a fan of 373's, better acceration then stock and they dont hinder you fuel milage that much. if you want to go aggressive go for the 410's or even 430's.

RE: Next Mod
i have a 99GT with a 5sp
i was in the exact same boat as you except all i had was the k&n air filter
the FIRST thing i did was midpipe and catback, so i higly recommend the catback for you
not only cause its simple, and relatively cheap, but it is one of the most 'fun' mods, just casue youre going to love it no matter how it sounds, and therefore argue that you have one of the best catbacks everyone does it, dont worry
then go with 4.10's, they are very drivable, even more fun to drive i think, just cause you know that oomph is there if you want it, just stay under 80 on the highway and you will be fine
good luck
