Brtake wearing
I have an issue I have not encountered before on any vehicle. i have an 03 GT and the right rear brake is rubbing on the rotor and grinding as I drive. I chnged ou the caliper, pads and bled the caliper, but the pad is still making contact with the rotor at all times. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My only guess to this is the rubber flex line. Over time they can deteriorate and in doing so the i.d. of the line will become swollen and not allow fluid pressure to return out of the caliper.
When you did all of the above mentioned work, I assume you also went with new hardware (slide pins etc), correct? Galling (flat or irregular spots) or surface pitting on the pins will also cause the caliper to hang up like you're experiencing.

There are some indents on the piston of the caliper that have to be aligned a certain way. Otherwise the pad doesn't seat properly and will cause the problem you are having. I've done the same thing before.
You can see what I'm talking about at the 9:30 mark.
