well i wanted to get HID fogs anyways was just wondering if the kit from stang mods would melt or haze my stock fog lens

ya, they'd work. Just stick with a 35w kit. look on ebay or craigslist. no way id pay more then 50 bucks for a PnP HID kit.

eh, probably not. Ive got my daughters birthday Dec23,then Christmas,then my dads birthday dec 28th,so i need to start saving lol.

Well I ended up buying a set of 6k's off eBay for 64.99 hopefully they'll be a good set and not junk

I did it and used 6000k for the bright white which came out of the tint a kind purplish. All it did was **** off on coming traffic, even when I aimed them down. After about six months of being bright lighted by everyone and their mother I removed them.
Blacked out might work for you though as mine just had a light vinyl tint on them.
