97 351 swap.over heating.water pump question

97 351 swap.over heating.water pump question

just got it.has a 351w and over heats.the water pump in it is ford A-01 ph-577.any one know if its a clockwise or counter clock wise rotation.mine has to be counter clockwise.is there any way to tell by looking at it or any other way?

If you purchased the car with the setup, and it actually ran fine untill you got it I would imagine it has the proper water pump.
