Misfire PO308

I have a misfire on cylinder 8 i have replaced all the spark plugs with bosch platinum ir fusion. i have had the code come back up several times. is there anyway to test the coil pack or the wires? thanks

that i am not sure the car has 104000 but the motor was blown and they bought a used 4.6 and rebuilt it before i bought the car.

Then my first suspicion would be the plug wires...
