Default Wont stay running

Ok so my parents 02 gt auto. will not stay running at all. What happened is the battery died on it and it sat for about a 2 months. Got a new battery for it and it will not even start. Its not getting fuel on the start up. I can get it going for about 5 minutes if I give it a little starter fluid but then it will die after couple minutes. It runs extreamly rough and choppy. And if given any gas it will back fire. Cant really seem to pin point this one. O and its saying these codes p1000-drive cycle not complete, p0190-vref open circuit vref sensor open, p1130-lack of hO2s-11 switch fuel trim at limit, p1132-lack of up stream heated oxygen sensor switch sensor indicates rick bank no. 1, and p0175 lack of up stream heated oxygen sensor switch sensor indicates rick bank 2.

Any ideas would be great help.

Drain the fuel tank and put some fresh fuel in there first, you'll need to flush the fuel lines as well--there are adapters that attach to the Schrader valve on the passenger's side fuel rail (if your '02 has one), otherwise you'll need to break the connection to the fuel rail and run a hose to a container to flush the old fuel.

I recommend this because the crappy E-10/15 fuel that make us buy now has only a 2-3 month "shelf-life" before that alcohol absorbs enough water to turn it to garbage. Getting fresh fuel to the engine will provide a solid starting point for any further diagnosis...
