Cobra brakes are overkill 98% of the time..... Hit up Brakes Upgrade (sig) and will have spectacular brakes that will be better than the OEM Cobra at far less cost

Jazzer..... still stopping the madness

How do you plan on beating these pi mustangs, if its from a roll and a straight line youre pretty much gonna need good ole horsepower, nitrous or 4v or pi swap.

Although I completely get wanting to beat a buddy, I don't think you should think in such narrow terms. Figure out what your budget is. Decide what aspects of performance are most important to you. Research and compile a list of the most effective mods towards your end goal(s). Don't rush it. Take your time and try to do whatever mods you chose right.

Think long term. If you have long range plans/goals, and the funds will be accumulated over time, you have to have the parts list for the long term goals and just start working down the list in the most rational sequence.

Honestly, you are likely to tweak your vision a little as you go. This requires being very deliberate in component selection as you go so you never have to undo or replace any earlier mods.

Don't ignore the brakes and suspension early on.
GOOD LUCK and enjoy the journey!!!
