Pulsating vibration

Pulsating vibration
Anyone ever heard of anything like this? I can feel almost a pulsating vibration coming through the wheel as I drive normally down a straight smooth road (can feel it all the time actually). Im wondering if its time to replace spark plugs, they are 35-45k miles in age..
