Total gains for O/R x pipe + 93 tune?
How much total HP would I gain by going to an O/R x pipe and putting a SCT 93 octane tune on the car at the same time? anyone done a before/after dyno with these changes?
Also, would having flowmasters be worse for hp than some type of straight through muffler like borla stingers?

I have not done a before/after dyno for a tune and mid pipe but peak gains might not be more than 10 or 15 rwhp. You might feel a better pull throughout the rpm range though.
IIRC someone did a flow test on common mufflers and Flowmasters (I think they were the 40's?) were among the worst, but I doubt anyone could feel the difference between a chambered muffler like the Flowmasters and a straight through muffler.

A 93oct tune should gain you a little power across a wide range of rpm. The X-pipe might gain you a little at peak. I'd bet on about 8-10rwhp gain at peak if a custom dyno tune is made.
The Flowmasters won't cost you any power vs straight thru mufflers on your car. The difference is pretty small on anything short of a boosted high HP motor.
