Vortech aftercooler plumbed in would suggest a Vortech blower as well.

these guys hit the nail on the head, because of the aftercooler like roush said its most likely a vortech supercharger

does appear to be a vortech like said. also i notice an accufab plenum and a battery relocate kit with the water box(for aftercooler) where the stock battery would be.
