IIRC someone was running an off-brand 4130 flywheel that was in the same league as them, no problems. apparently all those ebay parts come from the same manufacturer just sprayed with different color paint and a different logo. that being said a flywheel is different than a clutch.

I was gunna grab one just to see if I could get it to tear up my trans b/c i plan on a trans swap anyways, but i decided to try a spec instead for a bit more longevity.

Fidanza has an affordable high tq rated clutch if you want. price last i checked was between those cheapy ebay clutches and brand name. just do a google search for fidanza 3.2 or 4.3. lethal has them for 297, but i found them down closer to 220 before. its a 6 puck though, as most of the higher performance ones are, which means more chatter.

some of the honda guys run them ebay clutches, they're all n/a tho, they said that essentially its a modified stock (read: refurbished) pressure plate with a generic type friction disc. i'd take their ratings with a grain of salt.

fidanza 4.3, rated at over 700 tq. 26 spline...
