HELP!! 96 cobra won't start
#23
If it wasn't timed correctly it would have started when he forgot to plug that cam position sensor in (behind power steering reservoir). Your tune in the handheld is wrong. Put the stock tune back in and put the stock injectors in. Switch the injectors once you have it at the dyno.
His fuel system sounds correct. The feed line is a bit big but not a problem.
Post a pic of your engine bay so I can look and see if I notice anything wrong.

I have tried starting stock...before and after the tune. No luck. The closest dyno is another state away and i have no means of pulling it to NC to fastlane performance. If thats what it comes to i will have to rent a truck and trailor. Swapping the injectors you think should get it running...ill have to tear the top back down this weekend and try that. Got the rails from mmr. Very poor fitment and a njghtmare to install with the engine out

Only have a few crappy ones one my phone rigjt now. How can i get those on here....and ill have better this weekend with a video of a crank too if that will help. Im also not sure if old injectors will fit the new rails

How about the TPS. Maybe its thinking the throttle is wide open dumping fuel? Likely? Going to throw a volt meter on it asap. Scared to keep cranking it. Idle air bypass? What is that? If its the idle air control thats connected to my plenum...that is new. Recently replaced. Before the car went down for surgery

Ok. Thanks man...and everyone else who is helping me through this. I really appreciate it. You have no idea. Editting- another thought...unhooking fuel pumps. Pull plugs. Crank to blow out cylinders. Puttn plugs back in. And trying to start on a very little starter fluid to see if it will. Maybe doing that could eliminate an electrical issue if it starts. Then i know its fuel related
