You have to weld a bung into the mid pipe. Is it a wideband O2 gauge?

Yes man that could very well be the cause of your problem.

And you need 4 o2 sensors unless you are tuned to only run 2. But you absolutely NEED the front 2 the rear 2 are the ones that could be deleted in a tune.

But yeah that is definitely your problem, let us know how it goes and post a vid of it running when its fixed

Hey guys. Thanks for all the help. I finally got her. I couldnt have done it without the help of the forum. That poppin and snapping was from a plug wire mismatch from removing yhe plugs 60 times from fouling. Which was probably due to a vac leak or three and the o2 sensors. That alot guys. Shes running steady at 1000 rpm at idle. It will take me a bit more to dress things up change a fitting or two etc. But she runs and runs well. Almost ready to take it for a short easy test drive. Ill keep so vids coming when i cab

I was planning on staying out of boost and under 3000rpm for 500mi. Changing oil. Going 1000mi changing oil again. Then taking to the dyno. Excessive? Or still need more breakin mi?
