Hey All,
I have an SLP catback, originally with LM1s but later replaced with Powerflo's. In any case I am looking to bring a little more noise to my mustang and no longer have the LM1's, so I was wondering if I could substitute a set of Magnapacks into the system.

I am thinking this route both because I am partial to the sound of magnaflow, but also becuase I can't find a lower price on some LM2's than the magnapacks previously shown. Anyway, please let me know if those should fit with the SLP catback, both are 2.5" so best I can tell it should work. Thanks in advance!

Im not sure if its just a straight swap, i remember when i was asking about swapping mufflers on my slp catback someone brought up flowtubes, which are the tubes that come from your midpipe to your muffler i believe. Im sure if you take it to an exhaust shop they can get them in there

Yeah, I was hoping since the system is modular it would be unbolt, rebolt, and done. Any one else have any experience on the subject?

i've also toyed with this same idea, the angles of the outlet and inlet of both mufflers seem to be the same so i'm thinking they should drop in without too much trouble, assuming they're around the same length

Magnapacks and LM2s are like the same thing, just get LM2 mufflers.
