Default Troubleshooting a code?

i got my car test for its problem today it says.

-canister purge valve mechanical fault.

-detected fuel tank pressure change greater than a minus 7 inches of H2O in 30 seconds with purge less than 0.02 lbs per minute

-failed evap pressure sensor
-blocked hose between purge valve and FTP sensor
-evap purge valve stuck closed

i noticed that the purge valve canister has 2 little red lines that lead somewhere. not sure where. but one of them is snapped in half somehow. is this causing the problem

also says fuel pressure very high or low-fuel pump or pressure regulator

what is the pressure regulator? should i change the fuel pump and canister purge valve lines?

Fix the vacuum line first--it will likely resolve all those problems...
