Default New Clutch

Sorry for the double post from general tech, but I'm picking the car up in the AM.

2004 Mach 1

Getting new clutch installed, and I've never broken a clutch in. Any tips? Ideas? Proper way of doing it?

Ive heard it usually takes around 500 miles. But is that easy miles? hard miles? highway? around town?

edit: clutch was bought from americanmuscle.com... great service and fast shipping!

Just drive your car normal. And by normal I mean like someone with a ford escort would drive... Don't go revving the engine to 3000k and dropping the clutch, excessive high speed engine braking, etc.
