not to hyjack but do any vendors sell the MGW shifter or do you have to buy directly from MGW?

I do not believe MGW supplies any online vendors, nor do they advertise that I have seen. They don't need too...

Why do you want to remove the stop screws? Arent they their to adjust shifter throw to keep from bending your forks??

Read of my email exchange with George at MGW here, I have run 90k+ miles without them installed on my '03. And at times I am far from a leisurely driver, the FHP and local sheriff's office will attest to that.

I got a warning once for "reckless driving, accelerating too fast", while merging with traffic onto I-95 on a very short ramp South of Jacksonville. It's was the drifting and squealing when I hit 3rd that catalyzed the event...

Tremec 3650's have internal stops, T45's dont however. The MGW comes without them installed anyways. I had to put them in because my 01 still unluckily has the t45 in it lol

mine came with the stops installed, my guess is to prevent damage during shipping.

i've driven cars with the pro 5.0 and steeda, then i saw cliffy's awesome looking MGW. and now after having purchased the MGW, i'm very happy i did.

but alas, i think i see an auto in my future, with a MVB of corse.

The OP is free to make the choice that he wants. Yes obviously I am biased, I do work for Steeda, but wanted to provide some feedback in case he was on the fence to make a decision.

Thank You

TJ
