Default Eibach 35mm wheel spacers

Does anyone have these spacers, or one of equivalent size? I have been wanting to get some spacers but my I was also wondering would that appear odd if my car is at stock height? Ive been trying to google this information but i cant get alot of clear information. Any help would be great guys

I tell you what, if you are on a budget and cannot afford 10.5in wheels shoe'd with 315's, then these spacers are the way to go. They get rid of that "tucked under" look stock Mustangs seem to have. A cheap way to get that staggered look. No altering of the factory studs is needed.

I know making the rear a full 3 inches wider seems like a lot at first, but once on the car, they look just right. Regardless of ride height. Worth every penny.

I, on the other hand, am not a fan of such a thick spacer

This puts some additional strain on the axles and can actually make your brake discs drag out back. They have hidden lug-nuts and you also need to confirm you can even fit such a thick spacer, prior to installing them. In Choosing a new tire thread (sig), I have a section about "Fat meats". In it, you will see a way to measure/confirm clearance for running a spacer and/or wider wheels.

IMO, if you want the look of wider wheels, save your money and actually GET wider wheels

35mm spacers are HUGE!
I have a pair of 25mm spacers in my garage from several years ago, and they were too big for anything other than 8" wheels. It is all personal taste on the look, but I strongly suspect that 8" wheels with 1.5" spacers would look funny. Approaching the goofy look of putting the skateboard looking wide and short wheels on imports. The proportions just aren't right.

If you decide to go with this type of spacer, I would suggest only getting the 25mm and NOT the 35mm.

GOOD LUCK either way you decide to go!

Please do. I'd be real interested in seeing how a 1" spacer looks with the 275s (I'm assuming 18x9" wheels). I'm guessing they may still be a little wide once installed. Personally, I did not like the look with my 17x9 wheels with 275s.
GOOD LUCK!

I for some reason can not put pictures up. I am sending them to myself via email then saving them then placing them in a post. But I just get text.

^ I think your post count may be too low to post images, not sure. As for running ANY spacer, you'd best make sure you have room and not just want your wheels "X" amount wider stance. Unless you are running the identical wheel, you may not get the same results as another with the same width spacer.

Going too wide can end up cutting your tires to shreads and possibly damaging your fenders, as well.
