Default Squeaking when I turn

I have a problem that is driving me crazy, my 02 GT squeaks loudly when I turn at low speeds and hit bumps, brake as well. I changed out the power steering pump before I deployed last year, but that had little to no effect. I was wondering if it could be the steering column or ball joints, or something else I might be overlooking. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it might be the ball joints. Pretty notorious on fords. Might of dried out. Sometime u can re-grease the pockets if u have the tool. I did it on my 03 gt and my Expedition. Good luck.

Where can I find the tool to do this? I would like to try this first before buying new ones and having them pressed into place.

Almost any FLAPS will have one of these or similar in stock:

Clean the joint's boot well with a mild degreaser, then inject a bit of grease (not so much as to puff up the boot a whole bunch). Then if you want to seal the puncture re-clean the boot and apply a small dab of RTV sealant.

You may also wish to check the steering rack tube brackets, as described here...

Can also sometimes get away with spraying it down with wd40....of course this is a temp fix.

If it was me I would change them, if not one day you'll be stuck somewhere. Mine did that and it was a very short time before my ball joint popped and the control arm slammed to the ground. Thankfully enough mine did it just as I was pulling from in front of my house and I was able to get it up on a jack and push back if front of my house. If that thing was to fail going down the highway it's going to cost a ton of money to fix everything that's going to get ripped apart when it slams the ground. Just my .02

Thanks for all the help, it was the ball joints. What I ended up doing was drilling a hoe in the bottom of the ball joint and installing a grease fitting. I am going to change them out with new ones in the next two weeks.
