Default Old is new again...

We had a 97 Autumn Orange V6 that we loved. About 4 years ago I fell asleep at the wheel for just a second but that's all it took. That car got totalled out. We have looked at a couple of Autumn Oranges in the past but the paint has been faded or bad, etc...and never been happy with what we saw or the mods that were on the used ones out there.

I guess I'd given up hope about 2 years ago on ever owning another autumn orange.

Then last night, I stumbled onto this on AutoTrader. I didnt know it was on eBay and really didnt care...so I called Connecticut this morning and bought it. It's going to be shipped out here next week to Denver. My wife and I are super excited. It'll be a nice addition to our stable sitting next to my SC'd 2010GT. WOOHOO!

She's going to need some interior upholstery work like fixing or finding replacements for the seats. Short term it will likely be a seat cover though.

The wife loves some parts of my 2010 so she's already said she wants 2 upgrades. New mufflers (we'll see on that since we havent heard this yet!) and sequential rear turns. Im also going to add a lower rocker stripe like our original 97 had that is a solid gold bar that says mustang. It's really going to set it off.
