Default Can anyone recommend a convertible top replacement installer - California East Bay?

So I want to have the cloth top on my convertible replaced. It's beginning to look a bit worn and this seems like something worthwhile to spend my tax return on. I haven't been able to find many installers around here though, maybe I'm not looking in the right areas. Does anyone know of any good installers available in the San Francisco Bay Area, preferably the eastern portion? Also, does anyone know more or less what I should be expecting to pay? I'm thinking of having the window replaced as well as it'll be easier to get it done now.

To bad you don't live closer. I know of a great shop down here in San Diego. Down here it runs about $650 to have a new top installed and that includes the cost of the top itself. Window is extra and has to be done with the top off. If you need a window now is the time to do it as most of the labor will be included.

Dang, that's not a bad price at all. Someone quoted me $1,200 with the window. Still looking atm.

Default Convertible top in desperate need of replacement

Hey Blkstanger,

My mom saw your post on here for new tops installed in San Diego, so I signed up. I live in AZ and was Quoted 1200 to replace. I have a glass back window in good condition and can be reused, May be worth a trip to SD. I can't afford 1200 bucks. Can you hit me up with the name of the your place.
Thx, Kylie
