I was pricing svt focus fuel pumps and looking at their flow rates on advance auto parts today and i compared it to a replacement mustang gt fuel pump, also on advance auto parts website, and to my surprise it showed the Airtex replacement fuel pump for the gt had the same 75 GPH maximum flow rate but the minimum flow rate was better at 65 GPH than the focus 55 GPH minimum flow rate. I guess what im wondering is why are people picking up the svt focus fuel pump instead of the replacement Airtex mustang gt fuel pump for FI set-up since it seems to be a more stable flow rate pump?
