ok so i have no spark and no fuel and while trying to diagnose i noticed that the eec fuse under the hood has no power. any one have any suggestions what would cause this and where should the power to that fuse be coming from. PLEASE someone help me i have a dead batt on the bike and the stang wont start either

Bad ground or something is just plain unhooked. If the latter is the case it would be right near the battery.
