Default Odd RPM issue while upshifting

I am curious about an issue with my RPMs as I am going up through the gears on my 02 GT, I dont know whether to be worried about this or not. As i accelerate and go through my gears, when I push my clutch in to upshift my RPMs will drop just a couple hundred RPMs and then stop there for a second before then dropping down slowly. Is this something I should be freaking out about or is it not a big deal?

Normal, it is the "electronic dashpot" function the PCM applies using the idle air control valve.

Click here to see how you can "fix" it with a 1/2" copper pipe cap.

It can also be actually fixed by changing various "dashpot" values in the tune...
