this is for anyone who runs the EFI victor jr intake -- is the bolt pattern for the intake manifold/plenum just a standard "square bore" carb pattern?

i'm assuming it is since it looks like they just added the ports for the injectors to the carb version (or vice versa?)

^Yes it is. You cannot use you're stock upper plenum with the Edelbrock(if that was what you're wanting to do). I believe I've seen an adaptor plate though, which looked kind of like a "shade tree" mechanic made out of a piece of fender...

nah, i was contemplating the idea that one could if need be carry around a spare carb for emergencies, on top of the fact that i can find spacers a dime a dozen, making it easy to weld up my own elbow out of sheet metal, or just get the 6061 elbow

and yea, i've seen that peice of metal they call an adapter. i always wondered how it maintained a seal since it looked so flimsy. then again, nothin a bit o JB weld cant fix eh? lol

lol, you got that right. I'm planning on going to this intake as well. I've got pretty much everything I need except for the intake itself. From what I've read about it, it's a hoss.
