255 is pretty high, you should be able to get it for under 200. im getting my old tint taken off and new put on for only 180 next week. id check to see what the tint limit in your state is, most states only allow 35% but if you go 20%, you probly wont have any issues with cops

i forgot to add my 200$ tint job did include removing the windows and windshield and adding a visor.

I got my entire car done for 65 dollars from a guy that use to tint cars at the dealership I work at. If someone told me 200 dollars I would laugh and walk away.

You guys also have to realize tint shops in NORTH DAKOTA are few and far between - especially because of the state laws regulating it. That price is right on par for that area.
It's not like in the South where you can find a tint shop almost anywhere for a dirt cheap price and still get quality film laid down.

I had 5% all the way around and could barely see anything at night, it looks really nice and you do get used to it. It takes away but I think depending on the car color The darker you go the better it looks.

i paid about 170 for 20% on my gt (in ct), then 150 for 5% when i moved to the desert. then another 150 for 5% on the cobra. all from reputable shops with quality film.

I say try and find a guy that does it on the side. Ask around and find out some people that do a good job, you will save alot of money.
