Does any one know what i can do as of headers and mid pipe for virginia state laws, i want do complete flowmaster system?

well the law in virginia is in summary, anything other than stock is illegal. However most expect the mustangs to have a little rumble so you can get by with a little bit. I have kooks long tubes, kooks x pipe with cats and 40 series flowmasters. Love them. and i haven't driven it all that much to say, do it and you'll be fine haha. doubtful

Man whats up with the stick laws on this stuff, in PA they can care less as long as it has cats Visible, they don't even have to function.

VA is awful man, its a commonwealth. Tint can't be under 50% on the driver windows, and 30% in the back, and they mean it. Any altered exhaust other than stock is illegal. You can run any under body lights or different color headlights, signal lights or reverse lights while moving, but is allowed parked. You have to have a yearly inspection of these types of things. I want to leave virginia soley on these examples of laws. And it goes for nearly everything, not just motor vehicles.

In york they check to see you have cats for sure, but they also do an obd2 test. But if i move 15-20 minutes to the west into adams county their is no emissions inspection required what so ever. But trying to get a car to pass here in york with an or/x is impossible.
